Production and Development of Cotton Imitated Cashmere Yarn

国内仿羊绒的产品多用腈纶为材料。研究采用纯棉精梳纱为原料,通过不同纱支搭配、不同捻度搭配,在倍捻机上开发出仿羊绒纱线。该仿羊绒纱线兼备棉的吸湿透气和羊绒的柔软保暖的优点,纱线可方便地进行染色、整烫等处理,作为新品种,主要应用于针织生产。

Most imitated wool products in China use acrylic fibers.Pure cotton combed yarn served as the raw material.Through different collocation of yarn count and twist,cotton imitated cashmere yarn was developed on the double twisting machine.The cotton imitated cashmere yarn has the advantages of cotton and cashmere,such as moisture absorption,ventilation,softness and warmth.Besides,the yarn can be dyed and ironed conveniently.As a new product,it is mainly applied in knitting production.
