Preliminary Evaluation and Analysis of Technical Progress and Innovation of Chinese and Foreign Carding Machine and Combing Machine

分析梳棉机与精梳机在纺纱工程中的地位与作用,根据近几年来纺纱技术的发展,对国内外生产的几种主要梳棉机与精梳机的技术特点及创新点作了初步分析与比较,指出采用新型高产梳棉机与高效能精梳机可在同等产能下减少设备配台,具有减少厂房占地面积、节能降耗、节约用工等优势,可以降低加工成本,是企业创造经济效益及提升技术装备水平中的重要措施。

This paper analyzes the status and functions of carding machine and combing machine in spinning engineering.In accordance with the development of spinning technology in recent years,technical features and innovative points of several kinds of carding machines and combing machines produced at home and abroad are preliminarily analyzed and compared in this paper.This paper also points out the application of new high-production carding machine and high-efficiency combing machine can reduce the quantity of equipment under the same capacity.It has the advantages of reduction of factory floor area,energy-saving,costreducing and labor reduction.It is an important measure for enterprises to create economic benefit and improve the level of technical equipment.
