合作署名学术不端行为是由科学共同体内部的投机行为逐渐衍生发展的现象,主要包括虚署名、师生合作署名纠纷、合作署名排序争议等。究其原因,既有法律法规约束力弱化、地方或单位政策偏向、也是部分人浮躁心态在科研领域的投射,根本原因还是追求经济利益最大化的后果。为此提出了加强学术成果的署名管理、管理部门和行业协会规制监督、健全相关法律法规等措施。

This paper examines the academic misconducts that have arisen from the speculative behaviors within a scientific community, such as false signature, co-authored tutor-student dispute and signature order. It believes that the major factors involve unreasonable local regulations, Impetuous mentality and maximized economic pursuit. The author, thus, maintains that workable steps be taken to handle these issues through perfecting law and regulations, facilitating the management of authored scientific publications, enhancing the oversight of management departments and associations, etc.
