个性化膳食指导治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的效果观察

The observation of clinical effect of individual diet instruction on gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨个性化膳食指导对妊娠期糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法选取本院妇产科门诊妊娠期糖尿病患者219例,进行妊娠期糖尿病知识和个性化膳食指导,根据1周后血糖大轮廓筛查结果将其分为血糖控制理想组(119例)与血糖控制不理想组(100例),比较两组患者的职业、教育程度及治疗依从性。结果血糖控制理想组患者的职业、教育程度、依从性均优于血糖控制不理想组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针对血糖控制不理想患者的具体情况进行知识强化和重复膳食指导,加强血糖监测并根据血糖值和饮食情况进行调整,提高治疗的有效性,降低母婴并发症发生率。

Objective To study the effect of individual diet instruction on gestational diabetes mellitus. Method Chose 219 gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） pregnant women in the maternity clinic in our hospital to set knowledge of GDM and personalized dietary guidance, according to the blood sugar level after 1-week divided into ideal blood sugar control group（119 cases） and poor glucose control group（100 cases）, compared two groups of patients with occupation, education level, compliance. Result Ideal blood sugar control groups of occupation, level of education, compliance were better than poor glucose control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aiming at the poor glucose control in patients with specific conditions are knowledge intensive and repeated dietary guidance, to strengthen the detection of blood glucose and adjusted according to the numerical and dietary glucose, improve the effectiveness of treatment, reduce the incidence of the complications of mothers and infants.
