等离子射频消融术结合布地奈德治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨等离子射频消融术结合布地奈德治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果及应用价值。方法采用随机数表法将本院收治的98例过敏性鼻炎患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例,对照组患者采用氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组患者采用等离子射频消融术结合布地奈德治疗,观察两组临床疗效、鼻炎症状评分改善情况和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.42%,对照组为78.98%,组间对比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者鼻塞评分为(2.31±1.02)分,鼻痒评分为(1.87±0.96)分,喷嚏评分为(3.54±1.26)分,流清涕评分为(3.08±1.17)分;对照组患者鼻塞评分为(4.52±1.64)分,鼻痒评分为(3.45±1.88)分,喷嚏评分为(4.87±1.97)分,流清涕评分为(4.36±1.58)分,组间对比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组发生鼻出血3例,鼻黏膜干燥4例,口苦5例;对照组发生鼻黏膜干燥5例,口苦3例,组间对比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论等离子射频消融术结合布地奈德治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效确切,能够有效改善患者临床症状,不增加不良反应,值得在临床上大力推广应用。 Objective To investigate the plasma treatment of allergic rhinitis treated with budesonide effect and application value. Method 98 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group, control group treated by fluticasone nasal spray, observation group treated by plasma combined with budesonide, observed two groups of clinical therapeutic effect, rhinitis symptom score improvement and adverse reactions. Result Observation group total effectiveness was 94.42%, control group was 78.98%, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The nasal congestion score in observation group was(2.31±1.02) points, nasal itching score was(1.87±0.96) points, sneezing score was(3.54±1.26) points, flow for cleaning stuff score was(3.08±1.17) points; the nasal congestion score in control group was(4.52±1.64) points, nasal itching score was(3.45±1.88) points, sneezing score was(4.87±1.97) points, flow for cleaning stuff score was(4.36±1.58) points, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Observation group of nasal bleeding occurred 3 cases, nasal mucous membrane dry 4 cases, mouth bitter 5 cases; control group of dry nasal mucosa occurred 5 cases, mouth bitter 3 cases, there was no significant difference between two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion The curative effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with budesonide exactly by plasma, can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients, without an increase in adverse reactions, it is worth promoting in clinical use.
