摘要 大型压力容器轻量化设计制造是能源和制造业等领域推行节能减排、绿色设计与制造的重要途径,已成为压力容器行业向本质安全与资源节约并重方向发展的重要举措。中国石油广西石化公司2014年建成的400万吨/年渣油加氢脱硫装置加氢反应器在设计建造过程中有很多突破和创新,本文通过追溯其轻量化设计制造关键技术的突破过程,以期为其他同类重型压力容器的轻量化研制提供借鉴。 Light-weight design and manufacturing of large-scale pressure vessel is the important way to im-plement the energy conservation and emission reduction,green design and manufacturing in energy and manufacturing industries,and has become an important measure for pressure vessel industry to develop along the direction of combing both the essential safety and resource saving.There are many breakthrough and innovations in the design and manufacturing process of 4 million tons/year residue hydrodesulfuriza-tion unit hydrogenation reactors built in 2014 of PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company.In this pa-per,the break through process of key technologies has been reviewed for the light-weight design and man-ufacturing,which could present reference for the other heavy pressure vessels.
