摘要
针对 TA2/316L 爆炸复合板界面,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及 EDS 能谱仪等手段,研究了结合界面微观组织结构的特征及分层规律。结果表明:基板侧结合界面依次由3个层次构成,即厚度为3~5μm 的由熔化块和熔化层构成的熔化界面、厚度为100~200μm 变形较大的纤维区、厚度为180~200μm 变形较小的扭转区;爆炸后消应力处理并未完全消除由于较大变形而在纤维区形成的形变马氏体α′,其原因在于该退火条件并未导致马氏体回复和再结晶的完全可逆过程。
According to the interface of TA2 /316L composite plate with explosive welding,microstructure and stratified rule were determined by using OM,SEM and EDS.The results showed that substrate side combined interface was made of three layers,melt interface(thickness 3 ~5 μm)including melting and melt layer,largely deformed fibre zone(thickness 100 ~200 μm)and smally deformed torsion area(thick-ness 180 ~200 μm);due to the large deformation and the deformation martensite α′formed in the fibre zone not completely eliminated after stress relief treatment.The reason is that the annealing conditions did not lead to martensite recovery and recrystallization completely reversible process.
