稠油污水深度处理后水中酸性物质分析 被引量:1

摘要 稠油污水经过了反相破乳剂除油、絮凝、气浮深度处理后,其COD值仍然很高,而且很难降解,为此对深度处理后的稠油污水中的有机物进行了分析。加碱蒸馏至体积为原体积的7%左右,发现釜残水的COD总量约占COD总量的86%,因此水样中存在大量酸性有机化合物。对釜残水加浓硫酸中和,无水乙醚进行萃取。GC-MS分析结果表明乙醚萃取物中共有43种化合物,其中酸性组分中羧酸类化合物有38种,其相对含量为72%;酚类化合物有5种相对含量为27%。其中带芳环的物质相对含量约为44%,由此找到了此水样降解困难的原因。 After deep treatment of heavy oil wastewater by reverse demulsifying, flocculation and air flotation, treated wastewater still has very high COD and is difficult to degrade. In this paper, the heavy oil wastewater after deep treatment was studied by component analysis. Sodium hydroxide solution was added in certain volume of heavy oil wastewater after deep treatment and distilled to a volume of about 7% of the original volume. It is found that the COD of the residual water accounts for about 86% of the heavy oil wastewater COD, so the heavy oil wastewater is mainly composed of acidic components. The residual water was neutralized with acid, extracted with anhydrous diethyl ether. GC-MS analysis indicates that the acid components in heavy oil wastewater have 43 kinds of compounds, including 38 kinds of fatty acids compounds and 5 kinds of phenolic compounds. The relative content of fatty acids compounds and phenolic compounds was 72% and 27% respectively. The relative content of aromatic compounds was about 44%, and then the reason of degradation difficulty was determined.
