摘要 在传统的芳烃联合装置中存在大量的低温余热,这些低温余热绝大部分采用空冷或水冷的方式冷却,不仅浪费大量的低温热量,而且也额外消耗电能及循环水。海南炼油化工有限公司(简称海南炼化)芳烃联合装置采用中国石化自主知识产权的工艺包技术,在节能降耗方面有很大突破。以除盐水为循环热载体,利用低温热源将除盐水加热至120℃,换热后的热水再进入ORC热水发电机组发电。通过热水发电的应用降低了装置能耗,提高了竞争力,也为炼化企业低品位热源利用,开辟了一条新途径。 There is a great amount of waste heat in aromatic combination plant, most of the low temperature waste heat is always removed by the air cooling or water cooling way, which not only can waste a lot of low temperature heat, but also need consume additional electric energy and circulating water. The aromatic complex unit in Hainan refinery has used the process package technology with Sinopec independent intellectual property rights, there is a great breakthrough in energy saving. The desalted water is used as thermal cyclic carrier, it can be heated to 120 ℃ by the low temperature heat source, and then enter the ORC hot water generator. The application of hot water power generation technology can reduce the energy consumption of the device, improve competitiveness, open up a new way for the petrochemical enterprises in low grade heat energy utilization。
