己烷精制工艺物料泄漏分析及应急措施研究

Cause Analysis and Emergency Measures of Material Leakage in Hexane Refining Process

化工行业危险化学品数量和种类繁多、工艺条件复杂,物料泄漏问题时有发生,制定有效的应急措施显得尤为重要。对己烷精制工艺中的易燃易爆物料在输送与加工过程中容易泄漏的原因进行分析,并提出相应的处理措施。最后从应急抢险和应急救援两个方面提出现场应急措施,为化工企业编制应急救援预案提供一定的依据。

The quantity and variety of dangerous chemicals in chemical industry are more, and its process condition is complicated, the problems of material leakage often occurs, so it is particularly important to make effective emergency measures. In this paper, reasons to easily cause the leakage of flammable and explosive materials in hexane refining process were analyzed, and corresponding treatment measures were put forward. Finally, from the two aspects of emergency rush repair and emergency rescue, site emergency measures were put forward.
