摘要
管线的机械共振是往复式压缩机管线振动的原因之一。通过介绍有限元软件ANSYS在管道建模中的应用,利用有限元软件ANSYS对振动管线进行建模分析,得出管线结构近似固有频率。通过改变配管方式、支撑方式等改变管道结构固有频率,消除共振,从而减小振动。
The mechanical resonance of pipeline is one of the reasons to cause the compressor piping vibration. In this paper, application of the finite element software ANSYS in modeling piping system was introduced, then ANSYS was used to model and analyze the vibration of pipeline, approximate inherent frequency of the pipe system was obtained. The resonance was eliminated and the vibration was reduced by changing the design of piping and supporting.
