耳穴压豆结合中药外洗内服治疗婴儿湿疹疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating infant eczema by auricular pressure plus TCM medicine

目的:观察耳穴压豆结合中药外洗内服治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效。方法:选取湿疹患儿180例,其中治疗组90例采用耳穴压豆及中药外洗内服法治疗,对照组90例采用0.1%丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外搽治疗。结果:治疗组90例,痊愈78例,显效10例,无效2例,总有效率为97.7%;对照组90例,痊愈45例,显效20例,无效25例,总有效率为72.0%。两组疗效经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆结合中药外洗内服治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效显著,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of auricular pressure plus TCM medicine on infant eczema. Methods： 180 patients were selected, 90 cases in the treatment group were given ear beans plus TCM medicine;90 cases in another were treated with 0.1%hydrocortisone. Results：In the treatment group, 78 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, and 2 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 97.7%;in the control group, 45 cases were cured, 20 cases were markedly effective, and 25 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 72.0%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Auricular pressure plus TCM medicine were confirmed with good efficacy, and were worthy of promotion.
