颈椎综合征致头面五官和颅脑神经症状针刀治疗

Treating craniofacial features and brain neurological symptoms resulting from cervical syndrome by knife acupuncture

目的：探讨针刀治疗颈椎源性头面五官和颅脑神经症状的临床治疗。方法：选取具有头面五官及颅脑神经临床症状且伴颈部症状体征患者，根据患痛部位不同，于寰筋膜、C2横突和关节突关节处以针刀常规治疗。结果：治愈率达78%～95%。结论：针刀治疗本病疗效显著，但要严格选好适应症。

Objective： To study clinical effects of knife acupuncture on craniofacial features and brain neurological symptoms resulting from cervical syndrome. Methods：All patients were given knife acupuncture at C2 transverse process and articular process joints according to the different parts of pain. Results： The curative rate was 78%~95%. Conclusion： Knife acupuncture was effective on craniofacial features and brain neurological symptoms resulting from cervical syndrome.
