自拟益气强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭(阳虚水停)的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic heart failure(Yangxu Shuiting) with the Yiqi Qiangxin decoction

目的:观察自拟益气强心汤对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:100例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在与对照组相同的西医常规治疗基础上加服益气强心汤。4周后观察对比两组中医症候积分、心功能及LVEF变化情况。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者的心功能分级、中医症候及LVEF均有明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组。结论:在西药常规治疗基础上加用中药自拟益气强心汤,对阳虚水停型慢性心力衰竭疗效显著。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Yiqi Qiangxin decoction on chronic heart failure. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given routine western medicine, while the treatment was given the Yiqi Qiangxin decoction more. Results：In 4 weeks treatment, NYHA classification, TCM symptoms and LVEF in two groups were obviously improved, especially in the treatment. Conclusion：Routine western medicine plus the Yiqi Qiangxin decoction shows good effects on chronic heart failure of Yangxu Shuiting syndrome.
