裸花紫珠胶囊联合依匹斯汀片治疗接触性皮炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating contact dermatitis with the Luohua Zizhu capsule plus epinastine

目的:观察裸花紫珠胶囊联合依匹斯汀片治疗接触性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例接触性皮炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组36例,给予裸花紫珠胶囊3粒/次,3次/d,同时给予依匹斯汀片10mg/次,1次/d,疗程为2周。对照组34例,仅给予依匹斯汀片10mg/次,1次/d,疗程为2周。观察两组患者治疗第5d和第10d时的疗效,并进行比较。结果:治疗后第5d,治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组为70.59%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后第10d,治疗组对患者临床症状和体征的改善程度显著优于对照组,治疗组有效率为94.44%,对照组为88.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者用药期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:裸花紫珠胶囊联合依匹斯汀片治疗接触性皮炎临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床应用。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Luohua Zizhu capsule plus epinastine on contact dermatitis. Methods：70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given the Luohua Zizhu capsule plus epinastine; another was given epinastine solo. Results：In 5 days, the efficacy in the treatment group was 83.33%, in control group, it was 70.59%, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;in 10 days, improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group were better, the efficacy in the treatment group was 94.44%, it was 88.23%in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. There was no serious adverse event in two groups. Conclusion：The Luohua Zizhu capsule plus epinastine with good effects and high safety on contact dermatitis, and is worthy of clinical application.
