清热化痰汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎95例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 95 cases of bronchial pneumonia in children with the Qingre Huatan decoction

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效并进行临床分析。方法:将177例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为观察组95例和对照组82例。两组均用西医常规治疗(抗生素、抗病毒、平喘、吸氧等),观察组在西医常规治疗基础上加用中药治疗。结果:两组疗效比较,观察组总有效率为98.67%,对照组总有效率为87.69%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods：177 patients were randomly divided into two groups, both were treated with western conventional therapy, including antibiotics, antiviral, asthma and oxygen absorbing, the observation was given TCM medicine more. Results：The total efficacy was 98.67%in the observation and 87.69% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on bronchial pneumonia in children.
