胸痹的主要病机是心脉痹阻,行气活血、化痰降浊、散寒通阳等疗法为临床所常用。调养气血、扶助正气也是其治疗的重要方面。本文对胸痹临床常见的一些问题谈点滴体会。

The main pathogenesis of chest pain is Xinmai Bizu. Xingqi Huoxue therapy, Huatan Jiangzhuo therapy, and Sanhan Tongyang therapy are usually used in clinic. In the treatment, Tiaoyang Qixue and Fuzhu Zhengqi are two important therapies. Some problems in chest pain were introduced in the article, and clinical experience was discussed.
