化痰通腑法治疗中风痰热证的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating Zhongfeng Tanre syndrome by Huatan Tongfu therapy

目的:探讨化痰通腑法治疗中风痰热证的临床治疗效果。方法:将我院近年来收治的90例符合痰热证的中风患者随机分为观察组与参考组,各45例,给予观察组化痰通腑治疗,给予参考组常规西药治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、Glasgow昏迷评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显大于参考组(P<0.05);观察组患者Glasgow昏迷评分明显优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通腑汤治疗中风痰热证能够促进患者康复,效果显著,安全性高。

Objective：To discuss clinical effects of Huatan Tongfu therapy on Zhongfeng Tanre syndrome. Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group, 45 cases for each. The observation group was given Huatan Tongfu therapy;while the reference group was given western medicine. Clinical effects, Glasgow scores and side effects were compared. Results：The total efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the reference group （P〈0.05）;the Glasgow scores in the observation group were better than those in the reference group obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Huatan Tongfu decoction could promote patients’ recovery with confirmed efficacy and better safety.
