胃瘫散治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效观察

Clinical effective observation on treating diabetic gastroparesis with the Weitan San

目的:观察胃瘫散治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效。方法:124例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组72和对照组各52例,在应用口服降糖药或注射胰岛素等严格控制血糖的基础上,对照组给予吗丁啉10mg三餐前半小时口服;治疗组在此基础上给予胃瘫散内服,1剂/d,3周为一个疗程。结果:治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃瘫散治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效显著。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Weitan San on diabetic gastroparesis. Methods： 124 patients were randomly divided into 72 cases in the treatment group and 52 cases in the control. All patients were given hypoglycemic drugs orally or insulin injection; the control group received 10mg domperidone more, taken orally, half hour before three meals; the treatment group received the Weitan San more, tid, 3 weeks as 1 course. Results： Clinical efficacy in the treatment was better. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Weitan San was confirmed with significant efficacy.
