呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响及护理

Effects and nursing of respiratory training on lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨在护理中应用呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响。方法:选取我院近年来收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为观察组与参考组,两组患者均采用常规临床护理干预,观察组在此基础上进行呼吸训练,护理后6个月对患者肺功能各项指标进行观察,并将结果与治疗前各项指标进行比较。结果:两组患者护理前MMEF、PEF、FEV1/FVC、FEV1及VC各指标比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者上述各指标比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理中同时进行呼吸训练有助于促进其肺功能的改善,实现患者的康复。

Objective：To discuss effects of respiratory training on lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group, two groups were given routine clinical nursing, while the observation group was given respiratory training more. With 6 months of nursing, indicators of lung function were observed, and the results were compared. Results：There was no significant difference in the level of MMEF？ PEF？ FEV1/FVC-FEV1 and VC before treatment （P〉0.05）, while there was significant difference after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Respiratory training could improve lung function, and achieve the rehabilitation of patients.
