摘要
目的:观察海带衍生物治疗骨质疏松的疗效。方法:30只6月龄雌性weisita大鼠用维甲酸诱导产生骨质疏松模型,用海带衍生物治疗。大鼠被随机分成两组,实验组每只每天灌胃10mg海带衍生物,对照组每只每天灌胃10mg葡萄糖,通过形态学评估多糖衍生物的疗效。结果:经海带衍生物治疗后实验组大鼠平均骨小梁数、平均骨小梁厚度和平均骨小梁面积明显大于对照组(P<0.01),与空白对照组比较,海带衍生物治疗组大鼠的骨形态发生蛋白2表达显著增强(P<0.05)。结论:海带衍生物可增加骨重量,促进BMP-2表达,对维甲酸诱导产生骨质疏松有预防和治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of laminaria japonica aresch processe on the osteoporotic model of the rats .Methods:30 six-month-old female Wistar rats were selected to duplicate the osteoporotic model induced by retinoic acid and performed with laminaria japonica aresch processe. The rats were randomly divided into two groups, after the animal model of osteeporosis was established, laminaria japonica aresch processe experiment groups were intragastrieally administered at a dose of 10 mg· kg-1· d-1 for 15d, control group intragastrieally administered with 10 mg glucose 10 mg· kg-1· d-1 for 15d. The effect of laminaria japonica aresch processe on osteoporosis were evaluated by morphometry. Results:After intake laminaria japonica aresch processe, the mean trabecular plate densit y (Tb.N), the meat rabecular plate thickness (Tb.Th), and the percent trabecular area (TbAr%) of the experiment group, which were treated by laminaria japonica aresch processe were significantly increased more than that in the control group model (P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, the BMP-2 expression in the bone tissue was significantIy increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion:These results indicate that laminaria japonica aresch processe can increase bone mass, increased the BMP-2 expression and has a therapeutic and prevention effect on the osteoporotic model of the rats induced by retinoic acid.
