可移动式超声雾化吸入台的临床研制及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨一种可移动式超声雾化吸入台的临床研制及应用效果。方法:使用不锈钢材料做成的可移动式超声雾化吸入台,在台面一角安装一螺纹型支持臂,用于支撑超声雾化吸入器螺纹管。将慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作合并肺部感染患者120例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例,实验组将雾化器放于可移动式超声雾化吸入台上雾化吸入,对照组将雾化器放于床旁桌上雾化吸入。观察两组患者雾化吸入时呼吸频率、脉搏、动脉血氧饱和度、24h咳痰量的变化、雾化吸入完成情况及两组病例临床疗效。结果:实验组雾化吸入一次完成率为99.29%,明显优于对照组96.67%;雾化吸入时呼吸频率、脉搏、动脉血氧饱和度的变化优于对照组,24h咳痰量增加明显(P<0.01);7d治疗总有效率比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:患者使用可移动式超声雾化吸入台,方便、操作灵活,能有效地减轻患者雾化吸入时的不适,提高患者雾化吸入完成率及临床治疗效果。 Objective : To discuss the development of a movable ultrasonic aerosol inhalation platform and observe its clinical application effect. Methods:Using stainless steel material made of a movable ultrasonic aerosol inhalation platform, install a thread in the corner of the mesa type support arm, for supporting the ultrasonic nebulizer threaded pipe. 120 COPD patients with acute attack of pulmonary infection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases for each. In the experimental group,the nebulae will be placed on movable ultrasonic aerosol inhalation platform for inhalation;while in the control, it will be placed on the table bedside for inhalation. Respiratory rate, pulse rate, arterial oxygen saturation, changes in 24h sputum volume, inhalation of completion and clinical treatment effect in two groups were observed. Results: Completion rate of inhalation in the experimental was 99.29%, obvious better than 96.67%in the control;the respiratory frequency, pulse rate, arterial oxygen saturation changes were better than the control;24h expectoration quantity increased obviously (P〈0.01); in 7 days treatment, the difference of total efficacy was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion:Movable ultrasonic aerosol inhalation platform was easy to operate, and relieve discomfort, improve the inhalation completion rate and clinical effects.
