脏腑定位辨证初探

Brief exploration of Zangfu positioning in differentiation

本文以中医脏象学说等基本理论为依据,以整体衡动观象思维的逻辑方法为指导,提出了先定位后定性脏腑辨证的思路和方法,脏腑定位辨证包括以解剖定位(微观)辨证定位为参考;以脏腑生理病理特点(宏观)辨证定位为核心;以现代科学仪器设备检查和实验室检查结果辨证定位为补充。

In the article, Zangxiang theory was regarded as basis, and logic thinking method of the overall dynamic image thinking was regarded as guidance. Zangfu positioning in differentiation fixed position firstly, and determined the nature secondly. In Zangfu positioning, anatomic was regarded as reference; Zangfu physiologic and pathologic characteristics were regarded as core; and modem scientific equipment checking and lab results were regarded as complementary.
