四联药物治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating HP associated gastric ulcer with four medicine units

目的:分析四联药物治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡疗效。方法:选取我院2012年1月-2013年12月收治的60例幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,随机将其分为四联药物(克拉霉素、奥美拉唑、胶体果胶铋及阿莫西林)治疗组与三联药物(克拉霉素、奥美拉唑及阿莫西林)治疗组,对两组治疗效果及不良反应进行比较。结果:四联药物治疗组幽门螺旋杆菌清除率为93.33%,溃疡治疗总有效率为93.33%;三联药物治疗组幽门螺旋杆菌清除率为26.67%,溃疡治疗总有效率为70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:四联药物治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡效果明显,能有效清除幽门螺旋杆菌,促进溃疡面修复,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of four medicine units on HP associated gastric ulcer. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the four medicine units group （clarithromycin, omeprazole, amoxicillin and colloidal bismuth pectin） and the three medicine units group （clarithromycin, omeprazole and amoxicillin）, clinical effects and side effects in two groups were compared. Results： Cleating rate of HP in the four medicine units group was 93.33% and the total efficiency was 93.33%, while in the three medicine units group, the data was 26.67% and 70.00%, there was significant difference in two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Four medicine units could clear HP effectively with confirmed efficacy, improve ulcer repairing, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
