面神经炎是茎乳孔内面神经非特异性炎症导致的周围性面神经麻痹,中医病机多为热毒壅盛,风痰阻络,胡志强教授擅长运用牵正散加减治疗面神经炎,清热解毒,祛风化痰,活血通络,疗效显著。
Facial paralysis is a type of nerve palsy, and which is caused by nonspecific inflammation occurred in the facial nerve of the stylomastoid foramen. TCM pathogenesis is Redu Yongsheng and Fengtan Zuluo. Prof. HU Zhi-qiang is good at treating facial paralysis with Qianzheng San. The efficacy with Qingre Jiedu, Qufeng Huatan, and Huoxue Tongluo was confirmed.
