祛风活血汤治疗白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating postcataract iridocyclitis with the Qufeng Huoxue decoction

目的：观察祛风活血汤治疗白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的100例患者进行随机分组治疗，对照组：口服诺氟沙星胶囊0．4g／次，2次／d；外用0．05％地塞米松，4～5次／d；外用硫酸阿托品眼膏，3次／d，治疗15d。试验组：在对照组的基础上，加用中医祛风活血汤治疗。祛风活血汤由9味中药组成，其中当归尾、川芎、防风各15g，桃仁、红花、荆芥、香附、生地黄、天麻各12g，加减治疗，2次／d，1剂／d，水煎服，治疗15d。结果：试验组的临床疗效优于对照组，有显著差异（P〈O．01）。结论：祛风活血汤是治疗白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎的有效措施。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Qufeng Huoxue decoction on postcataract iridocyclitis. Methods： 100 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given norfloxacin capsules orally, 0.4g per time, bid; 0.05% dexamethasone for external application, 4-5 times per day; oculentum atropinae sulfatis for external application, tid; treating time was 15d. The experimental group received the Qufeng Huoxue decoction more. The Qufeng Huoxue decoction was composed of 9 taste TCM medicine, include 15g Dangguiwei, Chuanxiong and Fangfeng, 12g Taoren, Honghua, Jingjie, Xiangfu, Shengdihuang and Tianma; qd, 1 dose per day, taking decocted with water, treating time was 15d. Results： Clinical efficacy in experimental group was better; there was significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Qufeng Huoxue decoction was an effective measure on postcataract iridocyclitis.
