摘要
目的：分析研究肛裂患者应用中医治疗的临床价值和效果。方法：本组选取50例肛裂患者，作为本次的研究对象。采取辨证、中医外治及饮食治疗等方法进行治疗。结果：经过1～3个疗程的治疗，在50例患者中，5例好转，45例痊愈，治疗效果显著。结论：以润肠以便通便和溃疡的愈合为主线是肛裂的治疗原则，并依据肛裂的程度情况采用合理的治疗，避免一概而论地应用在所有的患者中。在治疗肛裂中，建议采用综合的疗法，这样治疗效果会大大提高。
Objective： To analyze clinical effects and value of TCM on anal fissure. Methods： 50 patients were given TCM medicine for external application and diet treatment in differentiation. Results： In 1~3 course of treatment, 5 patients were better, 45 patients were cured, all show good effects. Conclusion： The treatment principle was intestines and ulcer healing, the adorable treatment should be applied depends on different situation. The comprehension therapy can be used to improve clinical effects.
