The toxicity of TCM medicine has become a hot social concern in recent years, more attention should be paid to it in the process of clinical treatment and medication to avoid adverse effects and drug toxicity. In this paper, causes of TCM medicine toxicity and basic meaning were detailed analyzed; relevant measures and countermeasures were studied, in order to promote the development of clinical medication, to lay a solid foundation for reduce medicine toxicity, ensure medication safety, protection effects of medicine.
