化浊行瘀方结合生活方式干预治疗痰浊型高甘油三酯血症的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Resolving-turbidity-and-stasis Formula Combined with Lifestyle Intervention on Hypertriglyceridemia of Phlegm Type

目的:观察自拟化浊行瘀方结合生活方式干预治疗痰浊型高甘油三酯血症的疗效。方法:将100例痰浊型高甘油三酯血症的患者随机分为2组(治疗组和对照组),每组50例,治疗组采用汤剂内服结合生活方式干预进行治疗60d。对照组采用口服非诺贝特胶丸0.2g/次,每日一次,连续治疗60d。分别观察2组患者治疗前后的血清TG水平、中医症状量化评分、不良反应等。结果:治疗后两组的血清TG水平、中医症状量化评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组有效率分别为86%和88%,两组治疗效果未见明显差异(P>0.05);不良反应发生率治疗组为0例,对照组为4例,治疗组明显低于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:化浊行瘀方结合生活方式干预治疗痰浊型高甘油三酯血症具有一定作用,效果与非诺贝特相当,且在不良反应发生方面优于非诺贝特。

Objective： To observe the effects of resolving-turbidity-and-stasis formula combined with lifestyle intervention on hypertriglyceridemia of phlegm type. Methods： 100 patients with hypertriglyceridemia of phlegm type were randomly divided into two groups （the treatment group and the control group）, each group of 50 cases. The treatment group took oral decoction combined with lifestyle intervention for 60 days, while the control group was given Fenofibrate Soft Capsules 0.2g/times, once a day, for 60 days of continuous treatment. And the serum levels ofTG, TCM symptom quantization score, adverse reaction etc. of the patients of both groups were observed before and after treatment. Results： After the treatment, the serum level of TG and TCM symptom quantization scores of both groups significantly decreased （P〈O.05）. The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86% and 88% respectively, with no significant difference （P〉0.05）; while 0 case and 4 eases of the treatment group and the control group respectively suffered from adverse reactions and the incidence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Resolving-turbidity-and-stasis formula combined with lifestyle intervention shows equivalent effects on hypertriglyceridemia of phlegm type and is superior to Fenofibrate Soft on avoiding adverse reactions.
