心血管疾病患者中西医结合健康教育护理临床效果分析

Clinical Effects Analysis of Health Education with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine on Nursing patients with Cardiovascular Diseases

目的:分析和研究中西医结合的健康教育在心血管疾病患者护理过程中方法和临床效果。方法:搜集本院自2012年10月至2013年9月本院收治的心血管病患者276例,按照随机的原则将患者分为观察组和对照组各为138例,对照组患者给予一般的传统护理,观察组患者则在对照组护理的基础上,另外给予健康教育护理,疗程结束,通过调查问卷和随机电话回访的形式对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理总满意率为97.8%,明显高于对照组患者(86.2%),两组患者的总满意率对比,具有显著的差异(P<0.01),存在统计学意义。结论:对于心血管病患者给予中西医结合的健康教育,能够提高患者的治疗效果,提高护理满意度。

Objective： To analyze and study methods and clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine health education in the process of nursing patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods： We collected 276 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease treated from October, 2012 to September, 2013 in our hospital and randomly divided them into observation group and control group with each of 138 cases. The control group was given traditional nursing while the observation group was given additional health education nursing on the basis of general nursing. At the end of the treatment, we compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups through questionnaire and random call-back. Results： the total nursing satisfactory rate of the observation group was 97.8%, significantly higher than that of the control group （86.2%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）.
