活血通络方联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变神经传导速度的研究 被引量:11

Study on treatment of peripheral nerve lesions conduction velocity for Type 2 diabetes mellitus by Huoxue Tongluo prescription combined with Methylcobalamin

摘要 目的:观察自拟活血通络方联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变神经传导速度的疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的98例患者,随机分为A、B、C三组,A组(活血通络方+甲钴胺组),B组(活血通络方组),C组(甲钴胺组),三组均采用4周为1个疗程,共2个疗程,观察治疗前后三组临床症状、肌电图神经传导速度、臂踝指数、血糖、血脂的变化情况。结果:A组总有效率优于B、C组(P<0.05);A组肌电图神经传导速度改善优于B、C组(P<0.05),A组臂踝指数上升优于B、C组(P<0.05),差异具有显著性,治疗后三组血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白变化比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好疗效,活血通络方在其治疗中的作用值得肯定,且无不良反应。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Tongluo prescription combined with Methylcobalamin in treatment of lesions of nerve conduction velocity in type 2 diabetic peripheral nerve. Methods: 98 qualified patients were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups, group A (Huoxue Tongluo Decoction + Methycobal group), group B (Huoxue Tongluo Decoction group), C group (Methycobal group), 3 groups were treated for 4 weeks as 1 course, a total of 2 courses. The changes of the clinical symptoms, electromyography nerve conduction velocity, ankle braehial index, blood glucose, blood lipids of the three groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of group A was better than that of B, C group (P〈 0.05); group A electromyography nerve conduction velocity is better than B, C group ( P 〈 0.05), the ankle brachial index of group A was better than that of B, C group (P〈 0.05), the difference was significant. After treatment, the blood glucose, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin changes of the three groups had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western medicine has better curative effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The effect ofHuoxue Tongluo Decoction is excellent with no adverse reaction.
