手法复位在腰椎间盘突出症中的运用

The effect analysis of applying manipulative reduction in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的：分析探讨手法复位方式在腰椎间盘突出患者中的应用效果。方法：研究对象为我院在2013年1月～2013年6月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60人，均通过手法复位方式来进行治疗，而后分析其临床效果。结果：60人案例中，其中治愈人数为36人，好转人数为20人，无效人数为4人，总体有效率达到93．33％。结论：通过手法复位方式对于腰椎间盘突出症病患有较好的临床疗效，该保守治疗方式更加易于人们接受，安全有效值得，临床推广。

Objective： To probe into the effect of applying manipulative reduction in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Subjects are lumber disc herniation patients, totally 60 cases, treated in our hospital during the January to June in 2013. All were treated through the manipulative reduction, and then we analyzed its clinical effect. Results： Among the 60cases, 36 were cured, with 20 improved while 4 failed. The total effective rate reached 93.33%. Conclusion： The manipulative reduction method has good clinical curative effect for lumbar disc herniation patients, and the conservative treatment way can be more easily accepted. It is safe and effective and is worthy of clinical promotion.
