摘要 采用紫外光线与臭氧结合对水样进行氧化消解,离子色谱法测定了总氮和总磷的质量浓度.该方法避免了国标方法中化学试剂对吸光度的干扰因素,准确度高,灵敏度高,耗时短.对实际样品进行分析,总氮加标回收率为95.1%~ 104.4%,总磷加标回收率为94.5% ~ 105.1%.该方法操作简单方便,选择性好,相关性较好,检出限低,各项指标均达到分析要求,可用于水中总氮和总磷的分析. Using ultraviolet light and ozone combined oxidation digestion of water samples, the mass concentration of total nitrogen and total phosphorus are determined by ion chromatography. This method avoids the interference of chemical reagents standard method in absorbance factor and assumes high accuracy, high sensitivity and short time. For the analysis of real samples, the total nitrogen recovery is 95. 1% - 104. 4% and the total phosphorus recovery is 94. 5% - 105. 1%. Ion chromatograph with simple and convenient operation, good selectivity, better correlation and low detection limit can be used for the analysis of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in water.
