高温高压循环流化床锅炉在高原地区的应用

High Temperature and High Pressure Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Applications in the Plateau Region

文章通过对YG-240/9.8-M13高温高压循环流化床锅炉的工艺设备进行计算,与传统沿海内地大型纯碱厂使用的锅炉进行技术对比的基础上,论证了在高原地区新建大型纯碱装置的热电锅炉工艺设备选型上,技术创新的选择YG-240/9.8-M13高温高压循环流化床锅炉达到了设计要求,满足了创新后的设计生产能力。

The process equipment of YG- 240 / 9. 8- M13 high temperature high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler was calculated. Based on technical comparison of boiler used for the traditional coastal mainland large soda plant,new large soda ash device thermoelectric boiler process equipment selection in the plateau region was demonstrated,which met the design requirements by technology innovation of YG- 240 / 9. 8- M13 high temperature high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler and met the design production capacity after innovation.
