摘要
船舶局部振动是结构设计过程中的一个重要参考指标。局部振动不但危害船员的身体健康,影响船上设备的正常工作,过度的振动会引起结构的疲劳破坏。因而在船舶设计初期,准确计算和预报船体结构的局部振动特性并有效控制有害振动,提高船舶设计水平具有重要意义。本文首先研究采用有限元法分析船体局部振动时需要考虑的技术因素和计算方法,并应用该方法对9 000 t成品油船的自由振动和受迫振动进行分析研究以评估其振动情况,对振动过高区域进行通过改变局部结构方式达到减振目的。
The calculation and assessment of hull local vibration was a quite significant procedure in the course of the structure design. Harmful vibration not only do harm to the health of crew,but also the normal working of equipments on board. Too harmful vibration could lead to destroys of fatigue. Harmful vibration could be reduced and the level of the vibration control could be improved by accurate prediction and assessment of ship vibration at the design age. It is necessary to improve the level of ship design.Several key technical problems had been researched when using finite element method to analyze the local vibration. The method had been used to assess the free and forced vibration of 9 000 DWT product oil /chemical tanker. In the area of harmful vibration,it could be reduced by mending the local structure.
