摘要 推力显示仪使用两段式结构,找到了电磁兼容及安装之间的平衡点,最大化的改善电磁兼容性,并能够安装方便。推力显示仪表具有智能仪表的普遍特性,针对船用实际情况,实现了智能化零点调整等。人机界面友好,两路6位LED显示,4×4键盘矩阵,4个系统指示灯。根据海浪波动噪声模型,选择合适的滤波算法,进行信号处理。传感器的10 V电源由测量显示仪提供,由于测量显示仪距离传感器之间的距离较长,电缆的阻抗不能忽略,使用开尔文连接方式,很好的解决了此问题。信号经长距离传输后,接入测量显示仪,模拟信号输入级需要接入有源滤波驱动电路,解决输入阻抗问题。另外,仪表的电源使用隔离电源,进行极性保护、浪涌保护等。经过仔细的处理各个关键问题,系统总精度达到了0.1%,并能稳定可靠的运行于舰船上。 The thrust measurement display appearance uses two-segment structure. The balance point between EMC and installation was found. The characteristic of EMC was maximizing improved and it is very convenient to install. The thrust measurement display appearance has common characteristic of intelligent appearances. It realized intelligent-zero-adjustment,aiming at ship application. User-friendly interface two-route 6-digit LED display,4 × 4 keyboard matrix,4 system indicator lights. According to noise model of ocean wave undulating,appropriate filter arithmetic was chosen. Then the signal was processed. The sensor power was provided by the measurement display appearance. The voltage is 10 V.Because the distance between the measurement display appearance and the sensor is very long,the impedance of cable should not be neglected. This problem was resolved very well,by using Kelvin link mode. The signal was transmitted to the measurement display appearance, after long-distance transmission. Analog signals input level need to connect active filtering drive circuit to solve input impedance problem. In addition,the power of appearance uses isolation power to in polarity protection and surge protection,etc. The chief precision achieved 0. 1%,by dealing with every key problem carefully. It can be operated in warship stably and reliably.
