摘要
为了明确湖南省油菜田菵草对精喹禾灵的抗药性情况,在采集各地油菜田菵草种子的基础上,采用室内生物测定法测定了其对精喹禾灵的抗药性水平,并比较了抗敏种群体内谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)活力的区别,初步揭示其抗性机理。试验结果表明:采自浏阳永安的菵草种群抗药性水平最高,达到了23.60,处于中等抗性水平;其他地区的菵草种群抗性倍数处于2.48~8.53,处于较低抗性水平。对抗敏菵草种群GST酶活的测定结果表明,抗性菵草种群体内GST的活力要明显高于敏感种群,这可能是其产生抗性的机理之一。
In order to determine resisitance level of Beckmannia syzigachne populations in primary rape planting areas in Hunan Province,bioassay method was employed to determine resistance level of Beckmannia syzigachne to Quizalofop-P,and activity of GST were determined.The results showed that relative resistance ratio of Yongan population was 23.60,indicating medium resistance level.Relative resistance ratio of other populations were between 2.48~8.53,indicating low resistance level.GST activity of resistant Beckmannia syzigachne population was significantly higher than sensitive Beckmannia syzigachne population,indicating it would be possible mechanism of resistance to Quizalofop-P.
