欧洲花楸的化学成分及药理作用研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 搜集近30年国内外有关欧洲花楸植物的文献资料,对欧洲花楸化学成分和药理作用进行综述,并对其开发利用进行了展望.通过文献了解到,欧洲花楸中含有黄酮类、三萜类、甾醇类、二联苯及木质素类、类山梨酸苷类和生氰苷类等多种化学成分,并且具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗辐射、止咳平喘等药理作用,在生物制药及食品防腐保鲜等领域具有广泛的利用价值. In this paper the study data of Sorbus aucuparia in recent thirty years were collected all over the world. The chemical composition and pharmacological action of Sorbus aucuparia were reviewed,and its development and utilization were also discussed. Through literature,Sorbus aucuparia contain flavonoids,triterpene,sterols,biphenyl and lignin,sorbic acid glycosides and cyanogenic glycosides,such as a variety of chemical composition,and antioxidant,antibacterial,anti radiation,cough and asthma pharmacological effects. thus,Sorbus aucuparia has wide use value in the field of biological pharmacy and food antisepsis.
