摘要
工程项目建设过程需要对项目的进度、质量和成本这三大目标进行集成控制和有效管理。但是,同时实现三大目标的集成控制需要考虑各种约束变量的限制,探讨建立三个目标的相关函数以及进度、质量和成本集成控制机理,并建立多目标协同优化模型,提出工程项目三大目标协同优化的普遍适用性方法。模型结合Petri网的实时性和动态性,采用粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解,结合实证分析了该模型的可行性和有效性,为工程项目的建设提供决策支持。
In order to manage the project effectively,the integrate control of the schedule,quality and cost is very necessary in the process of engineering project construction. But it is difficult to achieve these goals at the same time. From the view of system,we create a correlation function among schedule,quality and cost. Then collaborative management thinking and timed Petri Net are used to build a model concentrate on multi-objective optimization of engineering project to realize the goal of multi-objective optimization. At last,particle swarm optimization is adopted in the optimization to solve the model. The analysis shows the model we built is feasible and effective,and it can also provide decision support for the construction of the engineering project.
