新时期下高校校园交通安全管理的问题及对策——以华北电力大学为例

Campus Traffic Safety Management Problems and Countermeasures in New Period——Taking North China Electric Power University as an Example

高校交通安全是社会交通安全的重要组成部分,也是校园安全保卫工作的重中之重高校的交通安全问题日益突出,华北电力大学的交通问题既有共性又有特性,本文以华北电力大学为例分析了在校园交通安全问题上存在的四大矛盾,然后从制度建设、管理方式、教育宣传等方面阐述了如何缓解和解决校园交通安全问题。

College of traffic safety is an important part of social safety, and the focus of the campus security work. The problems of traffic safety in Colleges and universities have become increasingly prominent, the traffic problems of the North China Electric Power University has both commonness and characteristics, this paper by taking North China Electric Power University as a case analysis the four major contradictions existing in the campus traffic safety, and then put forward some advices from the system construction, management, education and publicity and other aspects to alleviate or to solve the problems of traffic safety on campus.
