摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶旋涂法制备多孔结构的TiO2/SrTiO3复合薄膜,研究TiO2/SrTiO3异质结薄膜结构对光催化性能的影响,并采用XRD、SEM等测试手段对样品的结构和形貌进行表征.结果表明:TiO2/SrTiO3复合薄膜的光催化效率高于单一的TiO2薄膜或SrTiO3薄膜,薄膜的结构组成对复合薄膜的光催化效果影响很大.采用"四层SrTiO3及一层TiO2"的结构组成时,复合薄膜对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化效率最高,2h降解率为72.1%. The porous TiO2/SrTiO3 composite films were prepared by using sol-gel spin-coating method.The influence of its heterojunction structure on its photocatalytic property was investigated,and the films were characterized with XRD and SEM.The experimental result showed that the photocatalytic efficiency of TiO2/SrTiO3 composite films was higher than that of single SrTiO3 or TiO2 film.The structure of the films would have a great influence on its photocatalytic effect.It is shown that the composite film with four layers SrTiO3 film plus one layer TiO2 film would have the highest photocatalytic efficiency for methylene blue solution and degradation rate in two hours would be 72.1%.
