基于Agilent VEE的相位噪声测量方法

Measurement Method of Phase Noise Based on Agilent VEE

针对导航设备在性能测试时操作繁琐和记录复杂等问题,以及Agilent VEE软件在自动测试中的广泛应用,首先对Agilent VEE自动测试软件进行了简要介绍,然后详细论述了用中控机通过Agilent VEE控制频谱仪e4440对导航设备的相位噪声进行测试的方法和编程过程,最后给出了整体测试的软件界面结构。通过这个简单的软件测试过程和与原始测试方法的比较,提出了使用Agilent VEE控制测量仪器对导航设备测试时操作简单和效率高的特点。

Aiming at the complicated operation and sophisticated record,of navigation equipment during performance test, as well as the wide application of Agilent VEE software in automatic test, the Agilent VEE automatic test software is briefly introduced, and the method and the programming process to test the phase noise in navigation equipment is described in detail by using e4440 spectrtnn analyzer controlled by control machine through Agilent VEE. Finally, the softavare interface structure for the whole test is proposed. By comparing the simple software test process with the original test method, the measurement instrument controlled by Agilent VEE to test navigation equipment has such characteristics as simple operation and high efficiency.
