我国铁路现代物流发展模式探究

物流化是铁路运输发展的趋势,铁路运输向现代物流转型有助于提高社会整体物流效率。在分析我国航空和水运物流经营模式及启示的基础上,提出铁路现代物流发展模式,即依托铁路干线路网优势,使铁路专注于专业化的干线物流,将干线物流两端的集货和配送委托专业化更强的社会物流企业,以铁路企业为核心,构建战略物流联盟,通过企业间的协调运作,降低成本,实现整体收益最大化。最后,从运输速度多样化、运输方式专业化方面提出铁路发展现代物流应在物流组织上实行分类运输,以满足不同客户的需求。

Logistics is a development trend of railway transportation, the transfer of railway transportation to modern logistics helps to increase social overall logistic efficiency. Based on analyzing the logistic operation modes of air and water transport in China and its revelation, this paper puts forward the development mode of railway modern logistics, which means depending on advantages of railway trunk line network, making railway specializing in trunk line logistics, entrusting the freight gathering and delivery in two end of trunk line logistics to the social logistic enterprise with stronger specialization, establishing strategic logistic union with focus on railway enterprises, reducing the cost through coordinative operation between enterprises, so as to realize maximization of overall benefits. In the end, on the aspects of varied transport speeds and specialized transport modes, the paper puts forward that classified transportation should be implemented in logistic organization during developing railway modern logistics as to satisfy the demand of different customers.
