摘要
在阐述山西太铁联合物流公司在实施铁路货运组织改革后经营格局、人才队伍、配送形式、市场挖掘、专业化程度等面临挑战的基础上,分析铁路物流企业的发展方向和优劣势,从培育钢材、水泥采供物流,培育商品汽车城市配送物流,拓展综合型一体化物流服务,构建山西铁路物流信息网,拓展路用产品供应维修业务等方面,提出企业经营发展的思路及对策。
Based on expounding the challenges faced by Shanxi Taitie United Logistic Co., Ltd. on aspects of operation pattern, talent team, delivery mode, market tapping and specialization degree after implementing reform of railway freight transport organization, this paper analyzes development trend, advantages and disadvantages of railway logistic enterprise, and puts forward ideas and countermeasures on enterprise＇s operation development from aspects of developing purchasingsupply logistics of steel and cement, developing urban delivery logistics of finished automobiles, expanding comprehensive and integrated logistic service, establishing Shanxi railway logistic information network and expanding supply maintenance operation of railway-specified products.
