摘要
在分析区域交通运输与经济复合系统特征的基础上,运用时序数据包络分析方法对该复合系统进行效率评价。选取社会固定资产、交通运输业就业人数作为输入指标,国内生产总值、等级公路里程增加值和货运量作为输出指标,构建反映区域交通运输与经济复合系统运营效率的指标体系,并建立基于时序DEA的评价模型。通过对17省复合系统的算例分析,得出内蒙古、江苏、安徽、山东和广东为DEA有效省份,针对其他未处于综合前沿面上的无效省份,分析内部原因并提出改进建议。
Based on analyzing the characteristics of the regional transportation and economic integration system, this paper makes efficiency evaluation on the integration system by using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) method. Through selecting the social fixed assets and the employment figures in transportation industry as input indices, and the GDP, mileage added value of standard highway and freight transport value as output indices, the operation efficiency index system reflecting the regional transportation and economic integration system was established and the evaluation model based on sequential DEA was also established. Through analyzing the examples of the integration system in 17 provinces, the provinces with effective DEA were achieved which including Inner Monglia, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong and Guangdong, then targeting with other provinces without effective DEA and was not located at the comprehensive frontier, the paper analyzes its inner problems and puts forward relative improvement suggestions.
