村级债务形成症因与治理对策探析——以黑龙江省伊春市为例

Analysis of Cause and Governance Countermeasures on Village-level Debt——Taking Yichun City of Heilongjiang Province as a Case

针对近年来村级债务不断增长,负面作用日益扩大的实际情况,结合伊春大林业小农业的经济环境特点,通过采用调查研究、统计分析等方法,介绍了所研究问题的背景,描述了伊春市村级债务的现状与问题,剖析了其产生和发展的影响因素,并提出了促进伊春市村级债务问题解决的建议。

The village-level debt increased continually and brought the negative effects become more and more serious in recent years. Combined with the economic environment characteristic of the forestry and agriculture of Yichun,the background of villagelevel debt was introduced and the current situation,and main problems was described by using the method of investigation research and statistical analysis. The factors affecting debts＇ production and development were analyzed and put forward the suggestions to solve the village-level debt problem.
