PI3K/Akt信号通路及相关药物在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 研究发现,磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol3-kinase,PI3K)/丝氨酸-苏氨酸蛋白激酶(Akt)信号通路可通过调控炎性介质释放、炎症细胞活化及气道重构等在气道慢性炎性疾病中起着重要作用。选择性抑制PI3K可明显减轻炎症反应,在多种免疫炎性疾病中发挥保护作用。
