玻纤增强聚苯醚/聚丙烯复合材料的制备及其性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了相容剂马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS-g-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-gMAH)、苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)以及三者的复配对玻纤增强聚苯醚(PPE)/PP共混物的力学性能、热性能及加工性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了共混体系的形态结构。结果表明,PP-g-MAH与SEBS复配使用可以有效地改善PPE/PP/玻璃纤维共混体系的相容性,提高了复合材料的力学性能和加工性能,但复配相容剂的添加量不宜过大,当其质量分数为8%时,复合材料的综合性能最为优异。 The effects of SEBS-g-MAH, PP-g-MAH, SEBS and compounds on the mechanical properties,heat resistance and processing properties of glass fiber( GF) reinforced polypheylene ether(PPE)/polypropylene(PP) blends were studied,and the morphology was observed by SEM.The result showed that the compatibility, mechanical properties and processing properties of the PPE/PP/GF were improved obviously by the addition of PP-g-MAH/SEBS.The composite materials had the best performance and lower costs while the mass fraction of PP-g-MAH/SEBS was 8%.
