摘要
针对老一代DCS代表的RS3控制系统已经无法满足日益升级的监控和管理要求,并且存在备件供应困难、价格昂贵、维护成本高等缺点,以渤海明珠号FPSO上的RS3系统为研究对象,结合明珠号中控室布局、自动控制网络的组成以及RS3控制系统的特点,以满足工艺流程监控需求和投入最小化为原则,对其升级改造进行探索和研究。
With the development of computer and automatic control technology, RS3 DCS control system as a representative of the older generation has been unable to meet the escalating requirements for monitoring and management. And there are diffi- culties in the supply of spare parts, expensive and high maintenance cost. In order to meet offshore oil production process control and management requirements, upgrading of the system is imperative. Taking the RS3 system of Bohai Mingzhu FPSO as the re- search object, according to the layout of the CCR, entire automatic control network composition and characteristics of RS3 control system, a feasible method to upgrade of RS3 control system is presented in terms of the process monitoring requirements and mini- mize investment.
