摘要 主机房的安全系统,主要是火气探测和消防系统,是FPSO主电力系统甚至全油田海上设施的安全保障,为此提出以精细化的全生命周期管理提高资产的经营和使用效益的管理思路。通过建立有效的运行维护制度,规范设备操作流程,定期对各个关键设备的使用状况、安全性能、运维费用和运行效率做好评估,完善一套持续改进的管理体系,进而实现完善主机房原有火气探测和消防系统的目的,消除了可能导致恶性事故的安全隐患,保证了FPSO主电力系统和整个油田设施的安全运行。 Safety system of the engine room, especially the fire detection and firefighting system is the safety insurance of FPSO main power system and the whole offshore oilfield facilities. The idea of life cycle management is proposed to improve asset management and benefit. By establishing the effective operation and maintenance system, regulating normal equipment operation, carrying out regularly assessment for the usage state, safety performance, operation and maintenance costs and efficiency of each key equipment, a complete set of the management system is improved, in order to make better for the original engine room fire detection and firefighting system, eliminate potential safety hazards that may lead to malignant accidents, ensure the safe opera- tion of the FPSO main power system and the whole oil field facilities.
